01 / START WITH CLARITY

Does your design communicate
what matters?

Techventers provides graphic design services for businesses preparing marketing campaigns, updating creative assets, producing reels and YouTube videos or improving visual consistency. We plan the design around its audience, message and intended use.

01
Your branding looks different across channelsInconsistent colours, typography and layouts can make your materials feel disconnected.
02
Important information gets lostCluttered designs can make offers, product details or next steps difficult to understand.
03
Creative assets do not suit the channelA website banner, social post and newsletter need different layouts and dimensions.

CLEAR DESIGN / CONNECTED THINKINGEvery element has a purpose.

Choose a pointer to explore how it shapes the design.

04
Products or services are difficult to explainDesign should organise the information customers need, rather than simply decorate it.
05
Marketing assets take too long to prepareAn agreed brief and production plan can make preparation more manageable.
06
Feedback lacks a clear directionAudience, purpose and requirements provide a useful basis for reviewing design.

Not every issue requires a rebrand. Existing branding may need more consistent application or selected improvements.

02 / OUR SERVICES

Creative assets.
Made for their purpose.

Graphic design for your marketing needs. The project scope defines the graphics, videos, formats and responsibilities included.

Social Media Creative Design

Present useful information in formats suited to your social content.

Projects can include individual posts, carousel layouts and promotional graphics, with quantities and dimensions agreed beforehand.

Possible deliverables

The approved creative assets specified in your brief.

Advertising Creatives

Communicate the offer, benefit and next step clearly.

The design considers the intended placement and the campaign message. Creative production is separate from advertising management.

Possible deliverables

Agreed ad graphics and size adaptations.

Website Banners and Campaign Graphics

Support a promotion, service or announcement with a clear visual hierarchy.

The brief defines dimensions, text, imagery and placement.

Possible deliverables

Approved banner assets. Website implementation is separately scoped.

Newsletters and Email Graphics

Organise promotional or informational content into readable visual sections.

Graphics should support the message while considering their intended email layout.

Possible deliverables

Agreed newsletter visuals or sections. Email coding and campaign delivery are separate unless included.

Flyers and Business Collateral

Present your offering in materials designed for a specific audience and use.

Print requirements, copy and specifications need to be agreed before final preparation.

Possible deliverables

Confirmed collateral within the project scope. Printing is not automatically included.

Reels & Short-form Video Creation

Turn a focused message into a short, engaging video.

We plan the agreed sequence and edit supplied or licensed footage with suitable text, captions, transitions and audio. The brief defines the platform, duration and number of versions.

Possible deliverables

Agreed reel or short-form video exports, captions and size adaptations. Scripting, voiceover, filming, talent and publishing are separately agreed where required.

YouTube Video Creation

Give your ideas a clear structure, pace and visual direction.

Projects can cover explainers, educational content, business introductions or promotional videos. We agree the story, footage, editing needs and intended audience before production.

Possible deliverables

Approved video exports and agreed thumbnails, subtitles or cutdowns. Scriptwriting, filming, voiceover, animation, upload and channel management are confirmed separately in the proposal.

03 / DESIGN AROUND PURPOSE

Before the style.
Understand the brief.

Audience, information, channel and action guide the work. There is no single style suitable for every project.

01AudienceWho needs to understand the message?
02InformationWhat should they notice first?
03ChannelWhere will the design appear?
04ActionWhat should they do next, if anything?
AUDIENCE / CREATIVE DIRECTION

Start with the people.

Consider who will see the design or watch the video, what they already know and the information they need.

Useful brief input: target audience and customer context.
INFORMATION / CREATIVE DIRECTION

Give the message a hierarchy.

Choose the main message first, then supporting details. For video, define the opening hook and story. Prices, product information and claims need factual approval.

Useful brief input: approved headline, copy and key details.
CHANNEL / CREATIVE DIRECTION

Design for the setting.

A social post, newsletter, reel and YouTube video need different proportions, viewing patterns and delivery formats.

Useful brief input: placements, dimensions, video duration and format requirements.
ACTION / CREATIVE DIRECTION

Make the next step clear.

If the design needs a response, keep the call to action relevant and visible. Informational work may simply need a clear takeaway.

Useful brief input: destination, contact option or intended takeaway.

Readable hierarchy, accurate details, appropriate dimensions and consistent branding guide the work. A product promotion may need a different approach from a service explanation or company announcement.

VISUAL DESIGN / DIGITAL EXPERIENCES

Every detail.
Part of the experience.

From a campaign graphic to an interface layout, hierarchy and consistency help people understand what they are looking at.

UI/UX and website implementation requirements can be discussed as a separate scope alongside your creative needs.

Illustrative UI/UX concept.

04 / BRAND CONSISTENCY

Your brand.
One visual language.

Where branding already exists, it provides the starting point. Useful inputs include your logo, colours, typography, guidelines and examples of approved materials.

Product images, footage and business details should also be supplied in suitable form. For video, agree logo treatments, caption style, music direction and any opening or closing sequences. If guidelines are missing or inconsistent, we can discuss what needs clarification before production.

Creating a new visual identity is not automatically included in a graphic design project.

09 / COMMON QUESTIONS

A little clarity.
Before we begin.

From inputs and revisions to final files and ownership.

What graphic design services do you offer?

Projects can cover social creatives, advertising graphics, website banners, newsletters, logos, business collateral, reels and YouTube video creation. Specific assets and quantities are confirmed in the proposal.

Can you work with our existing branding?

Yes. Existing logos, guidelines and approved examples can guide the work. Any wider identity changes need separate agreement.

Do we need to supply copy and images?

Responsibilities are agreed before design begins. Your business should approve factual information and confirm it has permission to use supplied assets.

Are social media management and paid ads included?

Not automatically. Design, publishing and advertising management are separate services unless combined in the proposal.

Can you create designs in different sizes?

Size adaptations can be included where agreed. Different proportions may require layout changes rather than simple resizing.

How are feedback and revisions handled?

The proposal defines review stages and revision scope. Consolidated feedback helps keep changes aligned with the brief.

Will we receive editable files?

Editable files are provided only where agreed. The deliverables and any third-party dependencies should be specified beforehand.

Who owns the final designs?

Ownership and usage rights are recorded in the agreement. Third-party assets may remain subject to separate licensing conditions.

Is printing included?

Printing is not automatically included. Print production or vendor coordination must be scoped separately.

What affects cost and turnaround time?

Asset quantity, complexity, content readiness, formats, revisions and approvals all affect the project.

Can you create reels and YouTube videos?

Yes. We can plan and create the agreed video content around your audience and message. Duration, footage, editing, captions, audio and deliverables are confirmed in the proposal.

Are shooting, scripts and voiceovers included?

These are confirmed individually. Supplied or licensed footage may be used; on-location shooting, scripting, voiceover, presenters and advanced animation need explicit scope confirmation.

Will you upload videos or manage our channel?

Video creation is separate from publishing, YouTube channel management and advertising unless the proposal combines them. Music, stock and other third-party assets must have suitable usage rights.
